Improvements

Files, Supplements and revamped Check-ins

New features

  • Files — create folders, upload PDFs, and share them with your clients, or deliver them directly as a workout or meal plan.
  • Supplements — create your supplements once and assign them to multiple clients, with custom dosage and schedule for each.
  • Check-ins with photos and measurements — photos go straight to the client's gallery, and weight and measurements update their biometrics history automatically.
  • What's new page — you'll now see what's new in Liftter with every update, right here.

Improvements

  • Prepare everything before your client accepts the invitation — plans, check-ins, files, and supplements are saved and appear as soon as they join.
  • Muscle mass as a new biometric metric, with its own chart.

Fixes

  • New plan and check-in notifications now arrive in each client's language.
  • Stability fixes in file sharing and questionnaire answers.
