- Completely renewed exercise library: over 5,600 exercises, almost triple the previous catalog
- Every exercise now includes a demonstration video and image
- Each exercise has a difficulty level — Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced — with filters in the library and the workout editor
- New exercise types and equipment to filter by: calisthenics, yoga, powerlifting, strongman, treadmill, elliptical and more
- Exercises fully translated into Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and German

- Redesigned exercise detail: the video plays automatically on a loop, like a continuous demonstration
- Descriptions with numbered steps, tips and common mistakes, now properly formatted

Files, Supplements and revamped Check-ins
New features
- Files — create folders, upload PDFs, and share them with your clients, or deliver them directly as a workout or meal plan.
- Supplements — create your supplements once and assign them to multiple clients, with custom dosage and schedule for each.
- Check-ins with photos and measurements — photos go straight to the client's gallery, and weight and measurements update their biometrics history automatically.

Improvements
- Prepare everything before your client accepts the invitation — plans, check-ins, files, and supplements are saved and appear as soon as they join.
