What's new.
News and updates from the platform
v2.1.001 Sep 2026
Your next workout, already picked
New features
- The app now suggests your next workout. Sequence and calendar plans follow your history, wrapping back to the start after the last workout. Weekly plans show today's workout, or the next day with one.
- You see the suggestion when starting a workout, on the dashboard and on the plan page, with a button to start it right away. Your trainer sees the same suggestion when logging a workout for you.
- Your trainer can complete your profile details, like phone, country or city, so nothing stays blank.
- Connection requests between client and trainer are clearer: you always see who invited whom, and there are notifications when a request is accepted.
Improvements
- Sharing a trainer profile copies a short link with your username, easier to spread.
- The landing page loads much faster.
- Message notifications show a preview and now work in group conversations.
- The measurements body map in biometrics has been redesigned.
Fixes
- Dragging workouts to another day of the plan now works on mobile.
- Duplicating a workout keeps all exercises and alternatives.
- Sending a message from a trainer profile now reaches the chat.
- Saving your profile no longer clears fields left blank, and hyphenated city names are accepted.
v2.0.117 Aug 2026
A sharper training session
Improvements
- Muscle activation in the session summary now uses the same design as the exercise sheet.
- The complete registration page now matches the design of the registration page.
- On pricing, each plan button knows which plan you are on and takes you straight to checkout or to managing your subscription.
- More contrast in dark theme on the exercise filters and the block selectors.
Fixes
- Decimal weights now show correctly in the session. A set planned with 4.5 kg no longer suggests 450.
- Exercise notes in the training session are readable in dark theme.
- The step counter on the progress bar, the 3/5, is readable at any point of the workout.
- The complete registration page now respects light and dark theme.
